Christina Pulawski, Consultant, Christina Pulawski Consulting

This workshop will address techniques and issues in researching individual and organizational prospects as well as the related information functions that ensure fundraising as a viable and deliberate process. We’ll discuss: how to apply what you’ve learned to create and maintain rating systems for segmentation and prioritization; prospect identification ideas to ensure that your pipeline is well-stocked with potential donors; thoughts on targeted prospect identification to help balance and diversify your pool without compromising true interest and engagement; and prospect management principles to ensure accountability for moving those prospects through the fundraising process. The session is geared toward those currently conducting or overseeing research and prospect management activities, and will be packed with practical information and knowledgeable views that you can immediately apply in your shop, regardless of its size or focus.
